Masonry landscaping such as brickwork and concrete block rendered walls are a fantastic way to have long-lasting and low-maintenance structural features in your garden.

Perhaps their most important use is as retaining walls in gardens that are at different levels or terraced.

They are also used in landscaping to make raised planting beds, boundary walls and pier entrances. However, it doesn’t stop there! They can also create settings for water features, inbuilt garden furniture, patios – the list goes on!

Rendered walls

Block and render walls are often used to create a minimalist or contemporary feel for a garden, and a slick look.

However, whilst keeping things minimal you still have choices of colour and texture due to a wide range of products on the market.

With hundreds of different finishes and colours to choose from, the opportunities are endless.

Maintenance is usually low with these features. Often a good pressure wash or a coat of paint will bring any tired masonry feature back to life.

Brick Walls

Brick walls tend to a more traditional appearance, and can be styled and era-specific, and there are many options available.

If you have one of the many brick-built period buildings or Victorian houses in London, and you would like your garden walls to match its look, we can do this using reclaimed bricks.

We will take special care to assess the existing bricks, and then source matching ones, so that any new brickwork will maintain consistency. Or if you prefer, we can use different ones to create a contrasting aesthetic.
